-

We also deliver to Buffalo, Tongue River, and Ucross one time per week for the same fee. If the delivery is further than Ucross, Buffalo, or Dayton we charge by the mile one-way i.e. if you live 45 miles from Sheridan, the delivery charge is $45.00. We typically do not travel further than 100 miles from Sheridan.

What are the dimensions of mattresses?Twin mattresses are 39” wide and 74” long. Full mattresses are 54” wide and 74” long. Queen mattresses are 60” wide and 80” long. King mattresses are 76” wide and 80” long. California King mattresses are 72” wide and 84” long.
-
What kind of mattresses do you sell?Mossholders sells hybrid mattresses and traditional innerspring mattresses from BeautyRest and Serta. Every mattress we carry has a slightly different feel, so you can find the mattress that fits your body best...whether that is an extra firm, super plush, or somewhere in between.
-
Do I need new box springs (foundations) when I purchase a new mattress?Bedding companies require the purchase of their brand of foundations for the warranty to be applicable.
-
Do I need a new frame with my mattress set?You may. Queen and king mattresses need to have a “center support” on their frames for added support given the width of these mattresses. Full and twin mattresses do not require a “center support.”
-
I purchased a new mattress a few months ago and there is already a dip where I sleep. Is this normal? This is called a body impression, and it is normal. All foam will show an impression during break-in (think of the insoles of your shoes). So, all mattresses regardless of composition, will develop an impression within the break-in period (3-6 months). These impressions can be avoided by sleeping over the entire mattress surface during the break-in period.
-
Can we purchase furniture right off the showroom floor? You can take the exact piece of furniture right off the floor or you can special order in the same product or with a different wood stain or fabric.
-
If I don’t see exactly what I want on the floor can you order it in?We carry a wide variety of products from many different manufacturers. Therefore, we cannot possibly show everything the manufacturer makes. However, we do have access to all the products our vendors carry. Therefore, we can order anything you see in one of our manufacturer’s catalogs or on their websites. For the majority of upholstered items, a variety of fabrics can be placed on the sofa or recliner. Many of our casegoods (wood furniture) are available in a different stain or finish.
-
What is a “power” recliner?A “power” recliner, sofa, or loveseat uses an electric driven motor to put the furniture in motion. Most “power” recliners have a button that causes the footrest and headrest to move into a reclined position.
-
Why would I want a “power” recliner? The main benefit of an electric recliner is that you can stop it anywhere in the recline motion, giving you nearly infinite positions to find the most comfortable seated position. In addition, there is no more kicking the footrest closed or struggling to make the backrest actually recline, like on some manual recliners.
