Kim Rae
Kim has been a part of Mossholders for 20 years. Over two decades, Kim has provided countless home design projects, years of sales experience, and currently is the merchandise buyer for the store. Kim has a keen eye for the new trends, while continuing to purchase inventory that’s appropriate for the Sheridan area. She loves interacting with the regional furniture representatives and attending furniture shows and national markets. Kim has two adult sons, has lived in Buffalo for 40 years, and spends her free time in the outdoors, whether that’s at the gun range, scuba diving, or fishing and snow shoeing.

Pam Chase
Pam joined Mossholders’ design team in 2019 with more than twenty years of experience in residential and commercial projects. Pam is guided by the simple idea that good design is about more than just the look of the home….it’s about the people who live or work in it.
Pam believes the interior design process should be unpretentious, fun, fresh and create spaces that reflect her client’s imagination, vision, and personal style. Whether engaged in a full scale remodel or single room refresh, her goal is to provide a well conceived functional design plan that compliments your lifestyle, implemented on a budget and on time while making sure communication is paramount.

Traci (Wilson) Schwartz
For over 6 years, Traci has honed her skills and refined her aesthetic at Mossholders Design Center. She has enjoyed being part of countless design journeys.
Her style is uniquely shaped by a diverse background and experiences, which include 15 years of owning her own acupuncture practice. During that time, she cultivated the art of being an exceptional listener and adept problem solver. One-on-one work with clients has finely tuned her ability to truly hear your needs and challenges, and to craft tailored solutions that will meet your unique vision.
Traci feels it is important to meld creativity with practicality. She understands the importance of working within each client’s budget, while delivering the most beautiful and functional end result.
The magic of before-and-after transformations is her passion and she loves to discover the potential every space holds. Whether it's a cozy corner, a bustling office, or an entire home, Traci enjoys providing clients with fresh perspectives that can invigorate their personal spaces.

After uncovering what inspires you, your Designer will develop a mood board that sets the tone for your project. Then, they’ll create a rendering or proposal—giving you an illuminating glimpse at their vision.
